Today's post is about my trip to Genting Higlands, which is the hill resort situated within the Titiwangsa Mountains on the border between the states of Pahangang and Selangor of Malaysia.
Me and my friends did not even expect going there until one of our friend rented the car in purpose to meet his brother at the airport but the car was free until next morning. So we decided to go to beautiful highlands with an amazing view. From Subang Jaya it took us about an hour to reach there. As we reach there by car, we took a skyway which cost 12.80RM for normal two way. The view from the skyway is amazing and breathtaking. The distance of skyway is 1.69 km and in fact it is considered as a world's fastest and South East Asia's longest gondola lift. Couple of years ago there was a Theme Park but now it is under renovation and a 20th Century Fox World movie inspired theme park is expected to be constructed there. Now there is a casino, which is considered as the only legal casino in the country. There are different restaurants and shops inside of the building. To spend a night there are different hotels as Resort Hotel and First World Hotel, which cost from 100RM and above. Here are some pictures i took in Genting Highlands.

Unexpected trips are full of fun as there are always different situations, which makes you and your friends more cohesive. And Genting is definitely one of the best places to visit. I hope to come again when a new Theme Park will be constructed and ready for new visitors.
